National Retail Federation Customer Service Program

This class leads to the only nationally recognized Certification in Retail Customer Service. This class teaches students Sales and Customer Service skills to prepare for a career in retail. Must be 17 years old (or older), a Rhode Island resident, able to pass a BCI and drug screen and achieve certain scores on a placement test.
